# Hologram Providers

IslandHologram supports two hologram backends:

* DecentHolograms
* FancyHolograms

At least one provider must be installed.

## Provider Selection

```yaml
hologram:
  provider: AUTO
```

| Value              | Behavior                                                                               |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `AUTO`             | Uses DecentHolograms if installed. If DecentHolograms is missing, uses FancyHolograms. |
| `DECENT_HOLOGRAMS` | Requires DecentHolograms. The plugin disables itself if DecentHolograms is missing.    |
| `FANCY_HOLOGRAMS`  | Requires FancyHolograms. The plugin disables itself if FancyHolograms is missing.      |

If both providers are installed and `AUTO` is used, IslandHologram chooses DecentHolograms.

## DecentHolograms

DecentHolograms is the recommended provider if you need clickable holograms.

Example:

```yaml
hologram:
  provider: DECENT_HOLOGRAMS
  commands:
    left-click: "is panel"
    right-click: "is settings"
```

Click commands are executed as the clicking player.

## FancyHolograms

FancyHolograms is supported for display-only holograms.

Example:

```yaml
hologram:
  provider: FANCY_HOLOGRAMS
  scale: 1.0
```

Click commands are not available when using FancyHolograms with this plugin. The command settings can remain in the config, but they are ignored by the FancyHolograms adapter.

## Visibility

IslandHologram controls whether holograms exist based on player proximity.

FancyHolograms also receives `hologram.scale` and `proximity.spawn-radius` for display configuration.
